Rapid Tooling
Rapid tooling produces molds and dies using shorter lead times than conventional production tooling. Aluminum or steel molds are CNC machined directly from CAD data, enabling low-to-mid volume production with realistic part properties.
Rapid tooling bridges the gap between prototype parts and full production investment. Aluminum molds suit early production and market testing. Steel molds support longer-run production programs.
What Sets Us Apart
Engineering-Led Manufacturing
Aluminum mold tooling from 1-2 weeks
faster bridge production without long tooling queues.
Long-run tooling
steel molds rated to 1,000,000 shots for long-term production programs.
Precision tooling
CNC machined molds with cavity tolerances to ±0.05mm.
Process compatibility
injection molding, blow molding, die casting, and compression molding all supported.
Molding Services
Plastic Injection Molding
Thermoplastic parts produced in CNC-machined aluminum or steel molds. Aluminum tooling ready in 1–2 weeks for bridge production; P20 and H13 steel molds for long-run volumes to 1,000,000 shots. Suitable for housings, brackets, connectors, and structural plastic components.
Compression Molding
Silicone rubber and thermoset materials pressed in heated steel molds under hydraulic pressure. Lower tooling cost than injection molding with tooling lead times from 2–3 weeks. Suitable for seals, gaskets, keypads, and flat-to-moderate geometries.
LSR Molding
Liquid silicone rubber injected into self-sealing molds using automated 2-component metering. Flash-free production with food-grade and medical-grade certification available. Suitable for precision silicone parts, wearables, and medical device components.
