Low Volume Production

Low-volume manufacturing produces small quantities (typically 1 to 1,000 parts) at production-representative quality. It is suitable for pre-production validation, market testing, replacement parts, and programs where annual volumes do not justify full tooling investment.

CNC machining, vacuum casting, and soft-tooling injection molding are the primary methods used at this volume tier.

What Sets Us Apart

Engineering-Led Manufacturing

No minimum order

across all low-volume processes.

Fast lead times

CNC machining and vacuum casting from 3-7 business days.

Soft-tool injection

50-1,000 parts with true injection-molded properties.

Production-grade quality

representative materials and surface finishes on every order.

Our Low-Volume Capabilities

CNC Machining

Direct from CAD: no tooling required. Produces metal and plastic parts with tight tolerances and production-grade material properties. Suitable for 1-500 units where machining is economically competitive.

Vacuum Casting

Silicone mold casting for 5-25 parts per mold. Production-like surface quality in PU resins. Suitable for appearance and functional validation parts requiring injection-molded aesthetics.

Soft-Tooling Injection Molding

Aluminium molds for 50-1,000 injection-molded plastic parts. Lower tooling cost than production steel. Produces true injection-molded parts for functional testing and early market supply.

3D Printing

For 1-10 parts where speed takes priority. SLA for high-resolution cosmetic parts; SLS for functional nylon parts. Bridges the gap between design iteration and first physical part.
