4. Your CAD Files and Technical Data

We understand that your design files may contain proprietary intellectual property. We treat all uploaded files as confidential.

Files you upload are used only to prepare your quote or process your order. We do not share your design files with third parties. Files are stored on secure servers and deleted upon request.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to support functionality and analyse site performance. We use three types:

• · Uploaded design files:
  retained for the duration of the project plus 12 months. Deleted on request.

  retained for 12 months, then anonymised or deleted.
• · Marketing consent records:
  retained until you withdraw consent, then deleted within 30 days.

We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. This includes:
