Rapid Prototyping
Rapid prototyping builds physical parts directly from CAD data, typically within days. It covers multiple manufacturing processes (including 3D printing, CNC machining, and vacuum casting) each suited to different materials, geometries, and volumes.
The purpose is to reduce development time and validate designs before committing to production tooling. A physical part reveals fit, form, and function problems that a screen cannot.
What Sets Us Apart
Engineering-Led Manufacturing
Multiple processes in-house
3D printing, CNC machining, and vacuum casting handled at one facility, no supplier coordination required.
Quotes within 24 hours
engineering review included with every quote, not just a price
ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing
inspection records available on request for every order.
No minimum order
single prototypes accepted across all processes.
Our Rapid Prototyping Services
3D Printing
SLA, SLS, FDM, and metal 3D printing for rapid concept models, functional prototypes, and master patterns. Suitable for complex geometries and fast turnaround.
CNC Machining
3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling and turning in metal and plastic. Suitable for tight-tolerance, production-representative parts where material properties matter.
Vacuum Casting
Small series of plastic parts cast in polyurethane resins using silicone molds. Suitable for appearance and functional validation before tooling investment.
Our Process

Materials
Material availability depends on the selected process. Full material specifications are listed on each service page: 3D Printing, CNC Machining and Vacuum Casting.
The Output
3D printing lead time: 1-2 days (FDM), 2-3 days (SLA/SLS), 5-10 days (metal 3D printing)
CNC machining lead time: 3-5 days standard; 7-10 days for complex geometry
Vacuum casting lead time: 7-14 days including master pattern production
Tolerances: ±0.1mm (SLA), ±0.01mm (CNC), ±0.3mm (vacuum casting)
Minimum order: 1 piece across all prototyping processes
File formats accepted: STEP, IGES, STL, OBJ, DWG, DXF
